Cult Compendium - shipping update

The Cult Compendium is back from the printers and shipping is underway.

Now that I'm back from the UK I've got all the preorders being shipped. The softcovers will all be shipped as of Saturday, and the hardcovers will all be shipped as of Tuesday.
