I feel Pentans warriors as Mongolians one.

They all have a numerous war materials.
At least 2 horses each. Several lances, one hundred arrows, one axe, one sword, a dagger, a armor, harm shoes and else. Peter calls them "Lancers".

There could be light horseriders who would be young men and non-mother women. They perhaps could be used as light calvalry during wars. Peter calls them "Archers". They would have less material, but at least one sword, one dagger, one bow with 50arrows and one lance.

Also, I feel their number 25% max.
But, functions in the 75% heavy warriors may be different. Some would have a role to throw arrows of fire for example. Some to take the right side other the left one. Many to burn the eneny camp ...

Don't forget shamans, they could invoke full spirits armies.

Don't forget too, that light cavalry don't reach physical contact, they throw arrows and keep a secure distance, enough near to give a fire of arrows of burning Kargzant.

Nomads have a powerfull mobility and powerfull shamans. Don't expect to destroy a pentan army without destroying first their shamans.
Kargzant protects them !
