Dragonewts were given Longbows in the Wyrms Footnotes Dragon Edition and it reappears in the RQ3 Glorantha Book.

The Orlanthi however have a hero Jorganos the Archer. Perhaps the Exiles worship him (I haven't seen IWS yet).
