I was thinking in some of the people with natural piety (as in HW p. 197), for example. If the castes are hereditary, we have to do something with the vocations ;-) They spend 60% of their time in oration and the rest working as peasants Ħin the Abbey!

I was thinking too en RW lay-monks (benedictins, for example) that are not priest. And in nuns also, because I think women can't be Wizards in rokari Church as a general rule.

Yes, marriage and children are good (Malkion did it), so wizards can marry. A Wizard is the son of a wizard, not the seventh son of a seventh son ;-) That's my opinion at this time ;-)

But malkioni religion is about sacrifice (Malkion did it); sacrifice is different for different people. So, there are some wizards, and some religious orders that has chastity votes for a lot of reasons (there are also people who fast, etc). If you belong to the Order X you can't marry. Of course, this is a excuse for using medievalinspired  plots based in celibacy in the game without loosing veryhereditary  castes ;-)

I like the idea of cloistered nuns and the very-holy Father General ;- ) But i prefer that it did't be the only method to produce Wizards.
