The forthcoming Ye Booke of Tentacles 4 has some information on the Black Oaks. Its currently in layout, so should be available in the not too far distant future. More swiftly, there are brief mentions of the Black Oaks in Jeff Kyer's scenarios on the Issaries site (www.glorantha.com/hw/fan_list.html) though not a lot of detail.
