Perhaps it came 'online' during or at the start of the battle when the
Exiles and Sartarites were not in a position to escape readily.
Bringing Orlanthi forces to a set piece battle is terribly difficult.
Emperor: "I'm afraid your Orlanthi friends are walking into a trap.
They will find this Temple of the Reaching Moon is quite operational.
