I get what you mean. The frictional use of hurts, frex, for trap effects is one of those RQish things that HW shouldn't need, but you must admit that having a long and detailed scenario (not in the cinematic scene-by-scene style, but in the good old room1-room2 format) that equally works in RQ3 and in HW is hard! Yes the scenarios are clearly written with the RQ style in mind, but I call my own style of play "Rune Wars" even if I try and use the full HW rulesystem: mindset is difficult to change (the more for players than for narrators).

I agree! I do not regret buying them all, with some quibbles still
left.
