Vinga is a minority cult, for women who don't fit into the normal mould, and who society would consider extreme. There are a number of extreme attitudes in there, a whole Affinity for Defend Non-Combatants and Defender Storm, plus feats for both Fight Against Uz and Fight Against Rapist. Then there's the whole Red Woman Subcult. It's a release for women to achieve all the things they might believe men fail to do (or, to put it another way, it's a convenient corner to stuff all the warrior-woman stereotypes into the game). It's defender and attacker, almost a berserker and still nurturing. The whole cult is full of anti-male (bad or inadequate male, that is) references, so a stress on the 'ultimate' male sin is fitting.
