Moral torturers

Interestingly enough not only have I read the series but I had a character in an old RQ2 campaign who was a member of a cult based on the stories. I wonder if I still have a copy of the write-up anywhere?

Unfortunately while I can believe in a moral executioner I have problems with a moral torturer.
