I was re-reading parts of the Gloranthacon IV book recently - and in the "Lunar Way" section found Chris Gidlow and Nick Brooke talking about a project called "Citizens" or "Insula" - A scenario set in a Lunar Cityblock originally planned for Tales 16, then17 and still growing, with the suggestion that it might end up as a "Tarsh War" like product. Is this project still in the pipeline? - if so are there any firm plans for publication, or is it awaiting the publication of the HW Lunar material?
