Yes. I think anyone who goes too far outside of their core worship risks
the danger of going so far as to be excluded from learning a secret or
forgetting it if known. How far? Up to your game to decide, but it varies
widely in the dozens of Orlanthi stories about these kinds of thing. But
certainly, when a disciple does something absolutely contrary to his god's
nature, then he alienates him from the secret.
