Yes, there's very little about... the Glorantha website says they were worshippers of the goddess Tylenea, one of the Cosmic Court, now dead and with no active worshippers, but under the Illusion rune it says the Puppeteer Troops are followers of the FATHER of Illusion...
Mind you, it also says Tylenea was corrupted by Disorder.
