Even more trickily the picture I've been getting is that in certain quests one always meets opposition, that are enacting their own quest. This propably means that since the HQ:s are in Godtime, the actual quests in the Innerworld can happen at quite different times.

Meaning that the Zorak Zorani trolls one meets at the Harvalds Helm can actually be because they have done the quest a decade ago. This creates serious causality problems of course...

What do you people think?
