I've always pronounced it He-sun-SHEN (with a very, very light emphasis on the "He", soft "e" I think). That's what happens when their's no pronunciation guide in roleplaying stuff:-).  

Nick's works for me though.

In my case, with a silent 'H' and the stress on the second syllable: something like sun-SHEN.
