I doubt that sugarcane and chocolate are available in the Lunar Empire so variations of those sweets should be extremely rare. I can see a case for moonrock being a substitute for rock candy but its origin implies that it should be reserved for the lunar elite. One probably can draw syrup from one or more forests in and around the Empire so hard-boiled sweets might be known.
