Vendara is another name for Annilla, the Blue Moon (Pelandan IIRC). As such, she is an enemy goddess and was one of the assassins of the First Emperor. The Rinliddi say that Vrimak (or an aspect of him) caught her and dropped her from the heavens into a deep hole (i.e. the Blue Streak).
