Well, neither do I.

For those people that actually *like* bagpipes, or the rest of you wussies that just need background noise for your Orlanthi (That's a JOKE, dammit!) try the Wicked Tinkers (http://www.wickedtinkers.com/). Aaron (the piper) is an old friend of mine from 20+ years ago.

While they are much better in concert than on CD (unless you crank it 'way up), the sound they produce is much wilder than the normal pipe & drum bands, or single-piper-doing-piobrach that you can get most places.

And they have such other Orlanthi instruments like Didgeridoos, Bronze-age Irish horns and jaw-harps (jews harps), producing a sound that isn't quite like anything else out there. Click on the "Movie Page" link to get some Mpegs with sound taken at a live concert.

Check 'em out if they come to your neck of the woods (they are based in L.A. and tend to only get to the West Coast (of the US, not Scotland)), but you never can tell for 2004+...
