Yes, it would work. Its essentially the same scenario I used for AEG
when I wrote their demo-teaching scenario for 7th Sea 'Who Wants to
Join The Navy?' Players start in tavern. Press Gang arrives. Fight
happens. Its fast, its furious and its simple.
