I'm not sure this is 100% True, but the answer is tied up with Viktor'squestion about the hw-rules list too. The more logical (to my mind at least) migration would have been "hw-rules" -> "Heroquestrpg" being a list aimed at dealing with matters connected with the rules, allowing "HeroWars" to have stayed as the list for discussing playing the HQ game in the "HeroWars setting" (OK, that still leaves the tricky question as to where people might ask about running games in other periods, but you can't have everything).

But since it is II's intention to explore the history and progress of the Hero Wars through the HQ releases then I should think most discussion would be on topic here, unless it involves arguing about the interpretation of King of Sartar, WB&RM or WF Articles, in which case it should go the GD...
