Looking at this again, I think I see where my confusion may be. Apperantly, for purposes of this census, when people become Lunar, they stop being whatever they where before. Is this the case? I got the impression from the section on Imperial citizenship that a person could be a "Lunar Dara Happan", etc. After all, if a German person converts to Catholicism, they are still German. Just to be certain, my previous central question still stands.
