You are fortunate.
I have been told by people who know more about this than I do that Amazon almost always lists books as being available whether they are or are not really so.
They generally get the order then order the book. They hae virtually no real inventory of their own.
If it's not available they are then happy to keep your money indefinitely until it is available.
Issaries is working out how to get some copies of this back into print and available.
