Disclaimer: these were intended for my own campaign, and some bits will need adapting for general use. And I was using RQ at the time: or rather, for HQing, ignoring the RQ rules and making it up as I went along.
The general idea is that the initiation into adulthood is thtreefold:
1) the questor is an adult Heortling, capable of taking responsibility for
their own actions (I use Heort's Path for this)
2) the questor is an initiate of Orlantrh /Ernalda (this bit is gender
specific)
3) they are a member of this particular bloodline. I have more than one
bloodline per clan, but tastes differ. Their membership of this clan was
decided for them by their parents, long ago: no need to reaffirm that.
And the clan is a member of the tribe, so they don't need to do that
directly, either.
