Was Yanafal a Carmanian or Dara Happan ?

 Hello sirs,  

 Was Yanafal born of Carmanian house who rule Yuthuppa by the authority  of the Empire, or Dara Happan noble house who rule Yuthppa and pledge  their royalty to the Carmanian Empire ?  

 I read several materials but none says obvious fact.  

 I believe he was a Dara Happan for (a) Irripi Ontor was a Dara Happan  and Yanafal acknowledged him in his youth, and (b) His father is loved  by Yuthuppan.  

 Any ideas ?
