At first sniff, it's super. The book does a very good job of making Glorantha and the "Hero Wars" mechanics approachable to newcomers.
It's peppered throughout with exhortations for YGWV ("Your Glorantha Will Vary") and MGF ("Maximum Game Fun").
I have a few niggles, of course, but it'd be churlish to dwell on them now. This is what "Hero Wars" ought to have been (but couldn't). This is a good Gloranthan game.
I can *work* with this rule set.
