Greg's newsletter in Tradetalk #7 (recently published) answers most of your questions, and is very upbeat in general. To quote a few highlights:
"Hero Wars and its supplements are selling very well...
"Things are good enough that we have hired an administrator for Issaries now, thereby doubling the staff...
"We expect to release one or two more books before the end of the year."
The next two books will be Thunder Rebels (Orlanthi Players' Book) and Storm Gods (Cults of Sartar). After that, Sartar Rising! (GMs Book and Campaign Scenarios for Sartar and Dragon Pass). "She Guards Us" is now called the "Imperial Lunar Handbook" and has dropped back in the schedule: Greg (IMO rightly) thinks that it's more important to get the Sartarite scenarios out.
