I still wonder why I ordered the hardcover though... Silly me who thought that it would come quicker than the softcover. It did not!
I probably should have become an initiate of the GTA instead & for almost the same amount ($105 instead of $110). <Sigh>
Next time, maybe. ;o)
For the time being, I'm very impressed by the lack of typos. I haven't found any yet! I like that aspect of HW 2nd ed. very, very, very much. Also, I'm impressed by the new animism/sorcery rules which seem at long last playable. The common magic rules are very intriguing as well as a great addition: it is now possible to play magical characters unaffiliated whith any of the 3 otherworlds. Non-brithini atheists for example?!? The examples of play are very well done & as everybody knows, that was really needed... They are also a lot of fun! And Jane the origami-magic using character is fascinating & opens new vistas of _play_.
