I was mildly interested in the first of these progs but missed it because the BBC, in its infinite wisdom, has decided that digital subscribers in the Principality would be much more interested in two hours of local programming (think skateboarding ducks... in Welsh) than the analogue broadcast programming everyone else gets during weekday prime time.

That's a not-so-odd coincidence, I met Mike Loades yesterday at an archery shoot. He was an interesting guy. I say it was not-so-odd because the reason I was there was because my g/f was filming him for a documentary about medieval weapons she's making, so its not *that* surprising he's turned up on this as well (the history factual TV world is a pretty small pond).
