Agreed.

Humakt is very popular in the Kingdom of War. So, not only do they "butcher women and children without falling afoul of Humakt," they toss them in the cook-pot, perhaps with a some bay leaves and a few sprigs of rosemary.

Sartarite Humakti are but a sub-set of Humakt's worshippers.
