Esrolian Questions

I just started on an Esrolian campaign (with a Puma Person Hunter and practioner of the Bush Voice practice (female player) seeking her family, a Calandran Warrior Devotee of Barbeester Gor (female player) seeking a new life, a Dara Happan Petty Noble Initiate of Karstok (male player) who seeks to pave the way for the Lunar annextion of Esrolia, a timid, young Esrolian Scholar (male player) who seeks to create his own mythological magic, and an Esrolian Foot Soldier Initiate of Vinga (female player) former guard of the High Queen who wants vengeance on the High Queen because she was banished after sleeping with the High Queen's son. She plans to do this by becoming a Queen of her tribe and eventually challanging the High Queen. She is allying herself with the Lunars to help facilitate this.)

Anyway, after last nights play I am kind of curious as to what sort of role Vinga has in Esrolian society, with its focus on the Earth Pantheon, as opposed to Orlanthi society.

I imagine that being a daughter of Orlanth is played upon quite abit less than her status as progeny of Ernalda (is Imarja another name for Ernalda?) Also with women in a dominant position I also imagine that Vinga probably has a much more prominent position locally than she does in say Sartar.

I also have some questions about the Year Father. Despite it being an importent political position, does it have any sort of magical significance? Also are there cults to the Year Fathers are they worshipped as gods or as aspects of their parents?

Does anyone have any more information on Estangus or the Son of the Throne? I am trying to decide if I want a local pro-Lunar priestess to be devotee of him/them or the She Who Waits aspect of Ernalda the Queen.

Also, how has the heavily urbanized nature of Esrolia changed the nature of the traditional tribal structure? Are cities home to multiple tribes or is tribal status pretty much ignored?

Thanks for any help you can provide. :)

PS It was odd for me to go through the archive and discover old posts by yourself a few years ago asking questions about the same region. I had completely forgotten about them.
