Sadly, inevitably in any print run there will be books with missing or transposed sheets, pages which didn't print properly, etc.

OTOH, to have two already crop up from just the cohort of people on this list, while possibly just One Of Those Things, is a little worrying. Could people drop me a line off-list if they also encounter this problem with their copies of DP?
