Gaumata's Vision for HeroQuest (probably, spoiler there ;-))

I would like to run Gaumata's Vision in my new HeroQuest serie, not in the Praxian Sun County, but near the Ever-New Glory Sun Dome Temple in Tarsh. The PC's are not yelmali, but Arshkuveth's employees (HQ, pp. 258-259). Anybody has run this scenario for HeroWars or HeroQuest?

I would thank you if, anyway, you have any ideas, suggestions or advices for adapting the scenario and the NPC's to the HeroQuest rules and to the new context (Tarsh, a group of more-or-less lunar sympatizers). For example, ideas for making up Simple or Extended Contests.

In particular, I have some problems with magical things, for example:

-I suspect the Succubus is of spiritual nature (from Spirit Plane)
and also is a sort of Guardian Being (with negative augments for the townsmen, but probably some help for lying, and things like that). Ideas for the succubus (there are not succubus in AR, IIRC).

-Perhaps the friendly boys and girls have only Common Magic (but
perhaps Varloz has something more?).

-Headsman Fethal is probably a Yelmalio Devotee, but I suppose he
can't use his affinities? (in HQ there are no 'inactive acolites').
