IMG no way the Argan Argar cult is going to help hurt Kyger Litor. However, they might join into a scheme which takes over the trollkin population into AA care.

Get some trolls to repeat the Battle of Night and Day (trick them to believe they might overcome the trollkin curse that way), and help Nysalor.

They might find out that the trolls are up to something, and put lots of their resources into this. The logical way to interfere is sabotage at some stage of this.

Most physical damage to KL will change little since the uzko already are the hurttrolls, lesser beings bearing the burning damage of their ancestors. This or interfering with fertility once again would affect all trolls, AA or not.
Hurting her mentally would backfire to all trolls as well. If they are lucky, they end up with Cave Troll IQs.
The Argan Argar cult might want to take over a strong Dagori Inkarth, but I don't see them willing to weaken it.
