Now, now. You can do *anything* with a heroquest. "Can I make Yelm into a troll god?" "Can I arrange for Babeester Gor to marry Vivamort?" "Can I establish the Crimson Bat as a subcult of Chalana Arroy?" Yes, with a sufficiently powerful heroquest. It's just that some heroquests are very difficult indeed.
