Isn't that simply a reflection of the acts of the groups involved, and
will be affected by individual encouters, rather than any distinction
between chaotic and non-chaotic creatures?
Certainly the distinction between sowing a cornfield with agressive
brambles and impregnating a sheep with broo is going to be a little
academic to the farmer when both affect his livelyhood.
