The legends in KOS speak of him transforming enemies into wee beasties. This may or may not be memory of real powers.

I've always suspected that Sartar's secret is one that many Orlanthi have quested for, but very few have obtained, a secret that strikes at the heart of orlanthi communal action. 'It's called **Listen** to me'.
