Maybe the Cult of Geo is the Cult of Sartar, or at least the bit of it that can be approached by the average Sartari -- it offers welcome and support to every friendly person (although at minimal levels for non-members), promotes a wide (national/cultural) community rather than a narrow (clan) community, is spread across the nation (well, bits are in the Grazelands, Tarsh, and Heortland, but no one can accuse Sartar of thinking small), and so on.
