DP:LoT Availability

My FLGS got in one of the Dragon Passes with pages missing. So I took it back in, and I've been waiting over a month to get a replacement.  

They swear that they've hassled Esdevium three or four times, but nothing's getting sent.

Anyone know if this is a general problem? Are Dragon Pass restocks hard to come by in the UK? Is this true of HeroQuest material in general? Or is the FLGS just being a bit shod?
