SIGH. I think you missed my point, so I'll explain it in a bit more detail.

What I was attempting to imply was that the Mongols or Tartars would be the sort of folks who would EMPLOY broos. Not that they were the *equivalent* to broos.

Folks are going all niceynicey on the Nomads again. The people of Waha and the Horse Nomads of Pent are just not nice people. They are also very pagmatic. I'd personally be more inclined to invite a Telmori to my picnic than a nomad.
