Sorry not to be more specific, but (a) the rules are not themselves bedded down properly and (b) where they eventually appear depends on the vagaries of the longer-term production schedule. Most likely 'The Empire of Grand Illumination', but this is some way out yet.

Generally speaking, and take these outlines with a large 'everything may yet change' health warning, there is the proper mysticism which leads to the powerful yet inert recluse who contemplates his navel yet does it very, very well, or the failed/incomplete mysticism which leads to direct and active magical powers like the Teshnan cults. Concentration in this context allows you to use any of the appropriate magical powers (eg, the Sacred Archery feat and the Hand-  charm), but locks you out of non-pantheon/mystic approach magics.

This is a quick 'n' dirty summary of a set of rules still being developed, lacking the mystic funkiness, but I hope it helps for the moment.
