Finished reading it this week. I was actually surprised to find myself liking it more than I expected to judging from other people's comments. I enjoyed the comments about the various campaign styles (especially the bits about doing fighting campaigns in HQ-very useful bits for me) and I actually liked pretty much all of the bands. I may or may not use any of them and they've given me a greater appreciation of the whole concept, which up to now hasn't been one of my favorite parts of HQ.
