Originally they were separate. Now as a result of 1500 years of communication, there are common elements. For example, everybody agrees that Orlanth killed Yelm (originally it was Orlanth killed the Evil Emperor and Rebellus Terminatus
caused Yelm to disintegrate). At the same time, there are massive religious differences that are fundamentally irreconcilable (the Orlanthi believe Yelm recognized him as the King of the Gods while the Dara Happans believe that Orlanth submitted to Yelm's Rightful Rule).

Ernalda is the head of the Earth Pantheon in Esrolia and she is also the wife of Orlanth in the Storm Pantheon. The Storm Worshippers recognize Orlanth is Ernalda's main husband while the Earth worshippers recognize Orlanth as merely one of Ernalda's many husbands. However in Dara Happa, the Earth Mother is Oria (who may or may not be the same as Ernalda - nothing has been published on this topic). So again the answer is that there are common elements between the Pantheons but also irreconcilable differences.
