Wyrms Footprints is a collection of very old glorantha material and is worth getting for the Gods and Goddess of Glorantha section alone.
Troll Gods is a book of Runequest Cults with terrible artwork. Most of the Cults have been republished (for HQ) in the Book of Uz which might still be available from Unspoken Word (the ones that aren't are the cults of faraway places). It also contains a yellow booklet that contains interesting troll lore but it isn't worth the set.
So on the balance, I'd go for Wyrms Footprints.
