Yes, but that could mean anything from "it's common gossip in the taverns and marketplaces" to "it's a State secret restricted to no more than 7 people in the entire Empire, and anybody who asks too many questions about where Jar-eel went, or why the Lunar Colleges of Magic were occupied in weird rituals all season, will end up as Bat food".
If it's common knowledge then it can surely only be a matter of weeks before the Kethaelans learn about it too.
