  Due to the prevalence of spambots, we've taken the unpleasant policy   of moderating everyone till they post something real.

  Which, of course, leaves a lot of folks moderated. If you wish to be   unmoderated, please email me privately. Every few months I go through   the list of moderated people to try to reduce it.

  This is when I also remove bouncing members from the list.
