A $15 annual subscription to "Pyramid" magazine gets you access to electronic versions of every forthcoming GURPS product (and the chance to participate in playtest discussion groups). Strangely enough, Steve Jackson Games don't seem to be going out of business. And the products get better because of all the informed playtesting and discussion.

Why not have a look at the way their system works -- and think about whether it might be a viable model for Issaries?
