For all sorts of uses, but creating pictures of your PC is the first one that came to mind.

Lets you build up bitsNpieces to create a portrait. Select hairstyle, nose, mouth, etc. Most accessories are modern, unfortunately, but the makeup options do include some Air runes :)

All hair comes out as brown, but that should be easy enough to edit in any paint program (having just turned my Vingan's hair a more suitable shade)
