So it is! Right, that settles that.

But I still don't see the difference. You use your Flight affinity, you subtract 5 (or 10), you use it actively, you say how you're using it (you hope), in accordance with how Vanganth himself would have acted. The only difference I can see is whether you give your improvised Feat a name. And since as an initiate you can't cement it, as a player you probably don't bother.
