I think this is from MOLAD. Or rather, what MOLAD says is: The school of Rhonos (?) Allwinds has upset religious traditionalists by teaching literacy in Sartar; that school argues that the Orlanthi prohibition against literacy applies only to the sacred LM script, and not to reading in general. But IIRC, it's unclear whether there's any precedent to back the school's argument, and the religious traditionalists ain't buying it.
