checking my ancient documents (the Genertela Book from the old RQ Genertela supplement) I find that Sartarite is from the Manirian branch of Theyalan language group, while Tarshite is from the Pelorian branch, so while they are related they aren't as close to each other as, say, Satarite and Esrolian, which are from the same branch.
