I just thought I would post this to balance things a little.
I buy from OrcsNest, and they do generally retail stuff at the same price as elsewhere. Like most Gloranthaphiles I imagine, I check what I should *expect* to pay. I do get the impression that maybe the staff are not gamers perhaps, but I agree with what Jane says, I find them friendly enough and efficient.
IMO I also think that we should try and support our local shops as a service to the hobby.

The staff there are gamers I think, I've been in the shop and they certainly fit the stereo-type. Grungy, late teen - early twenties, poor social skills, look like a girlfriend would do them good. But they do know their onions
